All orders are sent via Australia Post Registered Mail Service. If you would like to review delivery times for your location, please use the Australia Post calculator here.

All orders are prepared, packed and shipped within 2 business days* (subject to availability) from our Mirror Mirror Boutiquein Melbourne, Australia.

If you are within Australia and you select the $10.95 Express Shippingoption at checkout once the order has left Mirror Mirror it should be delivered within 1-2 business days for Metro areas, and 3-5 business days for other zones.

If you are within Australia and you select the $8.95 Standard Shippingoption at checkout, once the order has left Mirror Mirror it should take between 3-6 business days for metro areas, and 6-10 business days for other zones.

If you are outside of Australia, and select the $39 International Shippingrate at checkout, we will be in contact to provide tracking information and estimated delivery timeframes.

Please note: if the item you have purchased is out of stock, or a pre-order we will be in contact within 2 business days with a new delivery date.

Click & Collect:

If you select Click & Collect from our Frankston boutique you will be notified when the item is ready to be collected (usually same day pick up). Please note there are additional lead times if an item is listed as a pre-order or custom manufacturing.

Mirror Mirror Boutique does not take responsibility for fragile items once they have left our hands. We endeavour to prepare and package your item with care, to minimise any damage upon arrival.

Exchanges:

In the event you receive your item/s and would like to exchange, Mirror Mirror will offer an exchange if the item/s have not been worn, washed or damaged and all original swing tags and garment care tags are intact.

Exchanges are subject to availability of your size/colour and require a confirmation from our online team.

Steps to exchange:

1. Please email contact@mirrormirrorboutique.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order noting the item/s you request to exchange. All exchanges require an Returns Authorisation number from our online team to be processed.

2. If we are unable to offer an exchange for your chosen size and colour, we are happy to provide a credit note to the value of the exchange.

Mirror Mirror will not cover return shipping costs. Please ensure to use a registered postal service as any lost parcels on their way back to our HQ can not be exchanged or compensated.

Refunds:

We are unable to offer a refund unless the claim is in accordance with the fair trade practices act. The item is then recognised as fault and incurs a full refund.

Sale/discounted items:

All sale and discounted items are final sale and can not be returned for an exchange or credit note so please choose carefully. If you would like help with a style or size please contact our team contact@mirrormirrorboutique.com.au

Faults:

Before we dispatch your order we will personally inspect your items and carefully pack them to ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition.

In the event that your goods are not in a satisfactory condition please notify our team immediately via email

In-store returns: We currently do not accept online order returns our store.
