All orders are prepared, packed and shipped within 2 business days* (subject to availability) from our Mirror Mirror Boutiquein Melbourne, Australia.
If you are within Australia and you select the $10.95 Express Shippingoption at checkout once the order has left Mirror Mirror it should be delivered within 1-2 business days for Metro areas, and 3-5 business days for other zones.
If you are within Australia and you select the $8.95 Standard Shippingoption at checkout, once the order has left Mirror Mirror it should take between 3-6 business days for metro areas, and 6-10 business days for other zones.
If you are outside of Australia, and select the $39 International Shippingrate at checkout, we will be in contact to provide tracking information and estimated delivery timeframes.
Please note: if the item you have purchased is out of stock, or a pre-order we will be in contact within 2 business days with a new delivery date.Click & Collect:
If you select Click & Collect from our Frankston boutique you will be notified when the item is ready to be collected (usually same day pick up). Please note there are additional lead times if an item is listed as a pre-order or custom manufacturing.
Mirror Mirror Boutique does not take responsibility for fragile items once they have left our hands. We endeavour to prepare and package your item with care, to minimise any damage upon arrival.
Please note: Mirror Mirror will not cover return shipping costs. Please ensure to use a registered postal service as any lost parcels on their way back to our HQ can not be exchanged, credited or compensated. Mirror Mirror will also not cover additional shipping costs of any exchanged items or items purchased with credit notes. If your item is returned later than 14 days from receiving your order, this is outside of our Exchange/Credit Terms and Conditions we will contact you to arrange shipping back to you and return shipping for any items will be at your cost.Sale/discounted items:

We are unable to offer a refund unless the claim is in accordance with the fair trade practices act. The the item must be returned to us then assessed by the brands manufacturing team to confirm any damage to the item is a manufacturing fault. If item is then recognised as fault it will incur a full refund, otherwise a store credit will be issued. You can apply for a credit note by filling out the Returns Form. Once we inspect and approve your returned item/s, you will be emailed a store credit code within 3 business days of receiving your return parcel.
• Credit Notes are strictly valid for 6 months from Issue Date.
• Credit Notes are not valid on STOREWIDE sales or special promotions ~ however are able to be redeemed on specific discounted items in our sale section of our website.
• Credit Notes are not valid to redeem on shipping charges and are only issued for physical products and therefore only redeemable on physical products ~ shipping charges are charged separately when redeeming store credit.
