Shipping

All orders are sent via Australia Post Registered Mail Service. If you would like to review delivery times for your location, please use the Australia Post calculator hereOur quoted dispatch times are excluding Aust Post transit times. You can view current transit times from postcode to postcode on the Australia Post website - the postcode of your order dispatch is 3199.
If you are within Australia and you select the $14.95 Express Shipping option at checkout before 2pm it will be dispatched the same business day. If you place an order after 3pm please allow 1 business day for dispatch. If you are within Australia and you select the $10.95 Standard Shipping option at checkout, please allow 3-5 business days dispatch. If you are outside of Australia, and select the $39 International Shipping rate at checkout, please allow 5-10 business days dispatch.

PRE ORDER items ~ PLEASE ALLOW THE FULL MONTH FOR DISPATCH PLUS AUST POST TRANSIT TIME FRAMES {please visit the Australia Post website for up-to date transit times}.

A monthly dispatch timeframe is provided for all PRE ORDER items and this is outlined in the heading and also the item description where you will see details of date of dispatch where the estimated time of dispatch is outlined ~ PLEASE ALLOW THE FULL MONTH FOR DISPATCH PLUS AUST POST TRANSIT TIME FRAMES. We will not provide updates of the exact date of dispatch during the quoted month. You will be provided tracking information when your Pre Order has been dispatched within the month we have quoted.

In addition Please also allow your chosen shipping method (you select this shipping method at the checkout ~ “standard = 3-5 business days packing and dispatch plus transit times + express = 1 business days packing and dispatch plus transit times. If you are wanting your Pre Order shipped as a priority please select EXPRESS SHIPPING.

Orders containing pre order items will be shipped in entirety once the PRE ORDER item arrives.

If one of your items was PRE ORDER you are given the option at the checkout to pay for additional shipping to fulfill other items ready to ship within the order, otherwise all items will be shipped when order is complete.

Once your parcels have left our warehouse they become the property of Australia Post. Parcels can be tracked on the Australia Post website using your designated tracking number.
