All orders are sent via Australia Post Registered Mail and require a signature.
Ensure to place your order by these dates to have your items delivered before Christmas:

NSW, QLD, SA, ACT & TAS: Wednesday 17th December
WA: Tuesday 16th December

EXPRESS SHIPPING:

Our dispatch and Click & Collect services will remain fully operational throughout the Christmas and New Year period, ensuring you can shop with ease. While we’ll pause operations on public holidays, we’ll be back the next working day to process your orders and assist with collections.

Orders are ready within 1 hour between 9am–3pm, Monday to Friday. Collection is from Somerville, Victoria. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready.
Order Express if you require your order urgently.
NZ orders dispatch within 1–2 business days with Express or 1–3 business days with Standard Shipping.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We cannot change your shipping method, items, or address once your order is placed.
Click & Collect is not available for exchange orders; shipping fees automatically apply at the checkout.
If you select Click & Collect but need your order posted, a $19.95 manual processing & shipping fee applies.
Orders containing pre-order items will ship once the pre-order arrives.
Once dispatched, parcels are the responsibility of Australia Post. You’ll receive a tracking number via email. While Mirror Mirror Boutique is not liable for lost or damaged parcels, we’re happy to help track your parcel if it hasn’t arrived.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders are sent via Australia Post registered mail signature on delivery service. You will receive an automated tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
