In the event you receive your order and would like to return your item/s,
Mirror Mirror Boutique will offer a credit note if the item/s have not been worn, washed or damaged and all original swing tags and garment care tags are intact within 14 days of receiving your order.
Kindly follow our returns process below and allow 3 business days for approval. Your item/s must then be returned within 3 business days from approval date.
Orders cannot be returned in person at our dispatch warehouse and will be denied if attempted.
All sale and discounted items are final sale and can not be returned for an exchange or credit note so please choose carefully. If you would like help with a style or size prior to ordering please contact our team firstname.lastname@example.org
Before we dispatch your order we will personally inspect your items and carefully pack them to ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition.
You can apply for a credit note by filling out the Returns Form. Once we inspect and approve your returned item/s, you will be emailed a store credit code within 3 business days of us receiving your returned parcel.
- Credit Notes are strictly valid for 6 months from issue date.
- Credit Note codes are to be used in full in the one transaction as it is a
- Credit Notes are not valid on storewide sales or special promotions, however can be redeemed on specific discounted items in our sale section of our
- Credit Notes are not valid to redeem on shipping charges and are only issued for physical products and therefore only redeemable on physical products. Shipping charges are charged separately when redeeming store credit.
We are unable to offer a refund unless the claim is in accordance with the Fair Trade Practices
Act. The item must be returned to us then assessed by the brands manufacturing team to confirm any damage to the item is a manufacturing fault. If the item is then recognised as fault it will incur a full refund, otherwise a store credit will be issued. In the event that your goods are not in a satisfactory
condition please notify our team immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order via email email@example.com

A monthly dispatch timeframe is provided for all pre-order items and this is outlined in the product heading and item description. Please allow the full month for dispatch plus Australia Post transit times.
We will not provide updates of the exact date of dispatch during the quoted month. You will be provided tracking information when your pre-order item has been dispatched.
Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped in entirety once the pre-order item arrives. Please place seperate orders if you would like your other items sooner.
Once your parcels have left our warehouse they become the property of Australia Post. Parcels can be tracked on the Australia Post website using your designated tracking number.
Mirror Mirror Boutique is not legally responsible for any lost or damaged goods however, if your parcel does not reach you within the expected delivery time, we will do all we can to assist in tracking your parcel for you. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Mirror Mirror Boutique does not take responsibility for fragile items once they have left our hands. We endeavour to prepare and package your item with care, to minimise any damage upon arrival.
Click & Collect is available from our Seaford Warehouse Monday to Friday 10am - 3pm excluding public holidays.
All orders are sent via Australia Post Registered Mail Service. If you would like to review delivery times for your location, please use the Australia Post calculator here.
If you are within Australia and select the $14.95 Express Shipping option at checkout before 2.00pm, your order will be dispatched the same business day.
If you place an order after 3.00pm please allow 1 business day for dispatch.
If you are within Australia and select the $10.95 Standard Shipping option at checkout, please allow 3-5 business days dispatch. These dispatch times are excluding Australia Post transit times. Please visit the Australia Post website for current transit times to your location.
If you are outside of Australia and select the $24.95 International Shipping rate at checkout, please allow 5-10 business days dispatch.

All items are sent via Australia Post Registered Mail Service. You will receive a tracking number sent to the exact email address linked to your order once your order is dispatched. Please allow your dispatch time frame selected on your order for dispatch (standard 3-5 business days dispatch / express same business day dispatch on orders placed before 3pm, otherwise please allow 1 business day dispatch).
