RETURNS

In the event you receive your order and would like to return your item/s, Mirror Mirror Boutique will issue a store credit for items returned within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Free from stains, scents, pet hair, or alterations
- Returned with original tags and packaging

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

You can return items in person at our Somerville, VIC warehouse after following our online returns process and receiving your return approval via email. Please note, our Click & Collect service is not available for exchanges, as shipping fees automatically apply to all exchange orders.

Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are in a hurry for your store credit or exchange order we recommend sending back your return parcel via express carrier method. Please keep a record of your tracking details to track and trace your returned items.

Exchange orders are shipped via standard shipping only.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they are faulty:

- Earrings
- Beauty products
- Headwear - including hats and scrunchies

Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for store credit.

STORE CREDIT
To receive a store credit, please follow our online returns process HERE.

- Store credits are issued as Mirror Mirror Boutique e-Gift cards for the full value of returned items. You can use the same code for multiple purchases, and your balance updates automatically. Check your balance anytime using the link in your original email.

- Multiple store credits can be redeemed in one order by entering each e-Gift card code at checkout.

- Store credits are non-transferable and should be treated like cash. Please keep your code safe, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen codes.

- Store credits cannot be used for shipping costs, which are charged separately.

- Store credits are valid for 3 years from the issue date.

EXCHANGE
To process an exchange order, please follow our online returns process HERE.

Once we receive your return parcel, your exchange order will be shipped within 1–2 business days.

Please note, our Click & Collect service is not available for exchange orders, as standard shipping fees automatically apply to all exchanges at the checkout.

FAULTS
We personally inspect and carefully pack all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours:

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless deemed faulty under the Fair Trade Practices Act.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped in entirety once the pre-order item arrives. Please place separate orders if you would like your other items sooner.

A monthly dispatch timeframe is provided for all pre-order items and this is outlined in the product heading and item description. Please allow the full month for dispatch plus Australia Post transit times.

We will not provide updates of the exact date of dispatch during the quoted month. You will be provided tracking information when your pre-order item has been dispatched.

We like to offer our customers flexibility and choice. You are able to cancel a pre-order purchase prior to it being dispatched for a store credit only. If the item has been shipped, our normal return policy applies.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

CLICK & COLLECT
Orders are ready within 1–2 hours between 9am–3pm, Monday to Friday. Collection is from Somerville, Victoria. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready.

SHIPPING – AUSTRALIA
All orders are sent via Australia Post Registered Mail and require a signature.

Express Shipping (before 2pm AEST): Dispatched same business day.

Express Shipping (after 2pm AEST): Dispatched next business day.

Priority Standard Shipping: Dispatched in 2–3 business days.

Free Standard Shipping: Dispatched in 5–8 business days.

Dispatch times exclude Australia Post delivery times. You can check delivery estimates via the Australia Post Calculator HERE!

SHIPPING – INTERNATIONAL
Express:
Dispatched in 1–3 business days.

Standard: Dispatched in 2–5 business days.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We cannot change your shipping method, items, or address once your order is placed.

If you select Click & Collect but need your order posted, please contact us. A manual processing and shipping fee of $19.95 will apply.

If your order contains a pre-order item, the full order will be shipped once the pre-order arrives.

Please note, our Click & Collect service is not available for exchanges orders, as shipping fees automatically apply to all exchange orders at the checkout.

Once dispatched, parcels become the responsibility of Australia Post and can be tracked using your tracking number. While Mirror Mirror Boutique is not liable for lost or damaged parcels, we’re happy to help track your parcel if it hasn’t arrived. Contact us at contact@mirrormirrorboutique.com.au.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders are sent via Australia Post registered mail signature on delivery service. You will receive an automated tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

PRIVACY POLICY

Mirror Mirror is dedicated to the protection of your personal information. Any information that you provide to Mirror Mirror through this website will only be used by us in response to contact made by you. NO information is passed onto any third parties what so ever. At no point is your credit card information stored or known. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mirror Mirror Boutique's website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS. If you have any further questions or concerns with respect to our privacy policy, please feel free to contact us. Should there be any material change in our information practices, we will post the policy change in our Privacy Policy on this part of our website.
