Returns
RETURN INFORMATION
- You have 30 days from your order being placed to return your item/s for a store credit or exchange.
- Once lodged, you have up to 5 days to ship your return item/s back to us.
- If the item/s are returned beyond 30 days from purchase, the return will not be accepted.
- Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Free from makeup, marks, stains, scents, pet hair, or alterations.
- Returned with all original tags attached and packaging included.
- Hygiene stickers must remain intact (for bodysuits and swimwear.)
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Earrings.
- Beauty products and perfume.
- Headwear - including hats and scrunchies.

STORE CREDIT
To process your return for a store credit, please follow our online returns process and select the ‘Issue Store Credit’ option.
- Store credits are issued as Mirror Mirror Boutique e-Gift cards for the full value of returned items.
- You can use the same code for multiple purchases, and your balance updates automatically. Check your balance anytime using the link in your original email.
- Multiple store credits can be redeemed in one order by entering each e-Gift card code at checkout.
- Store credits are non-transferable and should be treated like cash. Please keep your code safe, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen codes.
- Store credits are valid for 3 years from the issue date.
EXCHANGE
To process an exchange, please follow our online returns process and select the ‘Shop Now’ option.
- You will be redirected to our website, where your return store credit balance will appear at the bottom of your screen.
- Please do not open a new tab when shopping, as your return store credit will not carry over.
- Ensure your return store credit is applied at checkout before confirming your order.
- Your exchange order will not be shipped until your return has been received.
- Once your return parcel arrives, your exchange will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Click & Collect is not available for exchange orders, as shipping fees are automatically applied.
- If you would prefer to use Click & Collect, please select store credit instead of an exchange and place a new order once your store credit has been issued.
PRE ORDER ITEMS
- Orders containing Pre Order items will be shipped in entirety once the Pre Order item arrives. Please place separate orders if you would like your in-stock items sooner.
- Pre Order items are assigned a dispatch month, which is displayed on the Add to Cart button once you select your size (e.g. “Pre-Order MONTH”). This means your order will be shipped at some point during that month. Please allow the full month for dispatch, plus standard Australia Post delivery timeframes.
- A monthly dispatch timeframe is provided for all Pre Order items, and this is outlined within the add to cart button. Please allow the full month for dispatch plus Australia Post transit times.
- We will not provide updates of the exact date of dispatch during the quoted month. You will be provided tracking information when your Pre Order item has been dispatched.
- We like to offer our customers flexibility and choice. You are able to cancel a Pre Order purchase prior to it being dispatched for a store credit only. If the item has been shipped, our normal return policy applies.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
CLICK + COLLECT
Orders are ready within 1 hour between Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm. Collection is from Somerville, VICTORIA 3912. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready.
SHIPPING – AUSTRALIA
All orders are sent via Australia Post Registered Mail and require a signature on delivery.
- Express Shipping: Before 2pm* Dispatched same business day. After 2pm * Dispatched next business day.
- Priority Standard Shipping: Dispatched in 1-2 business days.
- Free Standard Shipping: Dispatched in 1-3 business days.

SHIPPING – INTERNATIONAL
- Express Shipping: Dispatched in 1-3 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Dispatched in 2–5 business days.
FAULTS
We personally inspect and carefully pack all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please do not process a return via our online returns portal and contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours of receiving your order via email at contact@mirrormirrorboutique.com.au.
Assessment of Faulty Items:
- Claims made after an item has been worn or washed must be assessed in person by our specialised manufacturing team.
- Items showing signs of misuse, incorrect washing, or general wear and tear will not be considered faulty and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
- If a major manufacturing fault is identified, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Once your order is placed, you’ll have 15 minutes to edit your order including updating items, sizes, or shipping details, via the “Edit Your Order” button in your confirmation email. Once the 15-minute window has passed and your order begins processing, we are unable to make changes.
- Exchange orders cannot be edited.
- Click + Collect is not available for exchange orders; shipping fees automatically apply at the checkout.
- If you select Click + Collect but need your order posted, a $19.95 manual processing & shipping fee applies.
- Orders containing Pre Order items will ship once the Pre Order arrives.
- Once dispatched, parcels are the responsibility of Australia Post. You’ll receive a tracking number via email. While Mirror Mirror Boutique is not liable for lost or damaged parcels, we’re happy to help track your parcel if it hasn’t arrived.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders are sent via Australia Post registered mail signature on delivery service. You will receive an automated tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Any information that you provide to Mirror Mirror through this website will only be used by us in response to contact made by you. NO information is passed onto any third parties what so ever. At no point is your credit card information stored or known. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mirror Mirror Boutique's website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart.
