Shipping & Delivery
Subject to availability all orders are shipped within 48 hours & you should receive your item/s within 5-10 business days. If the item you have purchased is out of stock - we will contact the supplier to receive an ETA on that item & inform you within 48 hours of the new delivery date. We do not take responsibility for shipped fragile items but endevour to package your item in the best possible way to avoid any damage upon arrival. We also happily take phone orders if you cant find what you are looking for on our Online Store or need a more exact ETA before purchasing Online.
PRE ORDER items are outlined in the heading and also the item description where you will see details of date of dispatch where the estimated time of delivery is outlined
Orders containing pre order items will be shipped in entirety once the PRE ORDER item arrives.
If one of your items was PRE ORDER you are given the option at the checkout to pay for additional shipping to fulfill other items ready to ship within the order, otherwise all items will be shipped when order is complete.
Before we dispatch your order, we personally inspect your items and carefully pack them to ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition. In the event that your goods are not in a satisfactory condition please notify our team immediately. Please email: We will happily exchange your size or colour if the item has not been worn, washed or damaged in anyway. Please ensure all original swing tags are intact. Exchanges are subject to availability and also require confirmation from our dispatch department with the issue of an authorization number once you have notified us of your intention to return any item STRICTLY within 24 hours of delivery via email. All claims need an authorization number from our dispatch team in order for your claim to be processed. We are able to offer an exchange in size and colour and are happy to exchange the item for a Credit Voucher if the item is deemed inappropriate. Credit Vouchers are valid for 6 months. We are unable to offer a refund unless the claim is in accordance with the fair trade practices act. The item is then recognized as faulty and incurs a full refund. All Sale/Discounted items are final sale & can not be returned so please be confident of your purchase. We currently do not accept Online orders to be returned in-store.

All items are sent via Australia Post Registered Mail Service. Your parcel tracking number will be on record if you need track your item please dont hesitate to contact us anytime & we will provide these details upon request.
