The objective of Serve Fiji Foundation Inc (SFF) is to support of the charitable services of the Ramakrishna Mission Fiji, a Registered Charitable Trust in Fiji in the fields of Education, Medical + Relief Services, with particular emphasis in the field of Medical Services.
SFF was founded in 2010 by a group of ex-Fiji residents who are now settled in Australia + who have empathy with the people of Fiji + who are keen to improve the welfare of the underprivileged + poor in Fiji. The membership of SFF has steadily increased as more people are attracted to its charter.

If you are within Australia and you select the $14.95 Express Shipping option before 2pm your order will be dispatched the same day. Once your order has left Mirror Mirror it should be delivered within 1-2 business days for Metro areas, and 3-5 business days for other zones.

If you are within Australia and you select the $10.95 Standard Shipping option at checkout, your order will be dispatched within 1-5 business days. Once the order has left Mirror Mirror it should take between 3-6 business days for metro areas, and 6-10 business days for other zones.

All orders are sent via Australia Post Registered Mail Service. All orders are prepared, packed and shipped from Seaford, Victoria 3198, Australia.

If you are outside of Australia, and select International Shipping, please allow 5-10 business days dispatch.

Orders containing Pre Order items will be dispatched in entirely once the Pre order item arrives.

Returns:

Please note: Mirror Mirror will not cover return shipping costs. Please ensure to use a registered postal service as any lost parcels on their way back to our HQ can not be exchanged, credited or compensated. Mirror Mirror will also not cover additional shipping costs of any exchanged items or items purchased with credit notes. If your item is returned later than 14 days from receiving your order, this is outside of our Exchange/Credit Terms and Conditions we will contact you to arrange shipping back to you and return shipping for any items will be at your cost.

Sale/discounted items:

Refunds:

We are unable to offer a refund unless the claim is in accordance with the fair trade practices act. The the item must be returned to us then assessed by the brands manufacturing team to confirm any damage to the item is a manufacturing fault. If item is then recognised as fault it will incur a full refund, otherwise a store credit will be issued. In the event that your goods are not in a satisfactory condition please notify our team immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order via email contact@mirrormirrorboutique.com.au

Credit Notes:

You can apply for a credit note by filling out the Returns Form. Once we inspect and approve your returned item/s, you will be emailed a store credit code within 3 business days of receiving your return parcel.
• Credit Notes are strictly valid for 12 months from Issue Date.
• Credit Notes are not valid on STOREWIDE sales or special promotions ~ however are able to be redeemed on specific discounted items in our sale section of our website.
• Credit Notes are not valid to redeem on shipping charges and are only issued for physical products and therefore only redeemable on physical products ~ shipping charges are charged separately when redeeming store credit.

Faults:

Before we dispatch your order we will personally inspect your items and carefully pack them to ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition.

In-store returns:

We do not accept online order returns at our dispatch warehouse. Any return item/s will require shipping to us at customers cost.
