Click & Collect orders are ready within 1-2 hours of ordering between 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday. Collection location is Seaford, Victoria. You will receive a collection email once your order is ready.

All postal orders are sent via Australia Post Registered Mail Service with a signature.

If you are within Australia and select the EXPRESS SHIPPING option at the checkout before 2:00pm AEST, your order will be dispatched the same business day.

If you place an EXPRESS SHIPPING order after 2:00pm AEST please allow 1 business day for dispatch. 

If you are within Australia and select the STANDARD SHIPPING option at checkout, please allow 2-3 business days for dispatch.

If you select the FREE STANDARD SHIPPING option at the checkout, please allow 5-8 business days for dispatch.

These dispatch times are excluding Australia Post transit times.If you would like to review delivery times for your location, please use the Australia Post calculator here.

If you are outside of Australia and select an INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING option at checkout, EXPRESS will be dispatched in 1-3 business days, STANDARD will be dispatched in 2-5 business days.

We cannot amend the shipping method, item/s or shipping address once you have placed your order. However, if you select Click and Collect and require your order to be posted, please contact us and you will be issued a flat fee shipping and handling invoice. Please be aware this is a manual process therefore an increased fee of $19.95 applies.

If you order contains a PRE ORDER item, it will not be shipped until your order can be fulfilled in entirety, once your Pre Order item arrives.

Returns:

In the event you receive your order and would like to return your item/s, Mirror Mirror Boutique will offer a store credit within 14 days of delivery.

The product must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with no stains, makeup, deodorant/perfume or any other scents, pet hair or alterations. All tags must remain in place and the item needs to be returned with original packaging.

We do not currently offer an exchange service.

Kindly follow our returns process in our main menu and allow 1 business day for approval. You will then be emailed return instructions. Your item/s must be shipped back or returned in person within 3 business days from approval date. Once approved, please do not delay returning your items. Please regularly check your junk mail for this approval email.

Orders can now be returned in person at our dispatch warehouse (Somerville, Victoria) however this online return application process must still be followed. Once approved, please ensure your item is packaged and the required paperwork is included inside of your in-person return parcel.

Return shipping costs are at the customers expense. We recommend holding onto your tracking details to track and trace your returned items. If you are in a hurry for your store credit we recommend sending back via express carrier method.

Sale/discounted items:

All sale and discounted items are final sale and can not be returned for an exchange or credit note so please choose carefully. If you would like help with a style or size prior to ordering please contact our team contact@mirrormirrorboutique.com.au

Refunds:

We are unable to offer a refund unless the claim is in accordance with the fair trade practices act and deemed faulty. If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours of receiving your order ~ contact@mirrormirrorboutique.com.au

Credit Notes:

To receive a store credit, please follow our online returns process. Please allow 1 business day to receive your return approval and return instructions email. Once we receive your return parcel, please allow 1-3 business days for our team to inspect, approve and process your store credit code.

- Store credits are strictly valid for 3 years from issue date
- Store credit codes are provided as a unique one off code for the full amount of items returned. If you do not redeem your full store credit amount in one transaction, please email our team to provide another unique code with remaining balance
- Store credit codes are not valid in conjunction with storewide sales or special promotions, however can be redeemed on specific discounted items in our sale section of our website
- Store credits cannot be redeemed on shipping charges. Store credits are issued for physical products and therefore only redeemable on physical products. Shipping charges are a third party service and are charged separately

Faults:

Before we dispatch your order we will personally inspect your items and carefully pack them to ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours ~ contact@mirrormirrorboutique.com.au

In-store returns:

Orders can now be returned in person at our dispatch warehouse however this online return application process must still be followed. Once approved, with required return paperwork included with your in person return.
